Identification:
To be tattooed by Rosemary Ink, you must be 18 years or older and present a valid State or Federal Photo ID. It is against New York State law (Section 261.21) to tattoo a minor, even with parental consent. No exceptions.

Deposits & Drawings:
A non-refundable deposit is required to book a tattoo appointment. The completion of your drawing is contingent upon having a scheduled appointment.

Cancellations: If you cancel within 48 hours of your appointment or fail to show up, your deposit will be forfeited.

Rescheduling: If you need to reschedule, please notify Carly as soon as possible. If you do not provide at least 24 hours' notice before your appointment, your deposit will be forfeited. However, in cases of illness or emergency, you may reschedule once using your current deposit.

Artist Rescheduling Policy:
Carly reserves the right to reschedule your appointment in the event of illness, emergency, severe weather, or unsafe travel conditions. In such cases, your deposit will be transferred to the rescheduled appointment. You will be notified as soon as possible, and every effort will be made to find a new appointment time that works for you. Deposits are non-refundable under any circumstances. Thank you for your understanding and flexibility.
